Introducing the Yuzu Dragon: An elegant dragon shaped genoise sponge, soaked with yuzu syrup, sits atop a layer of delicate passionfruit pastry cream, with a coconut genoise bottom layer. Best served with whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream.

Prior to serving, remove plastic around white chocolate band on the bottom cake layer.
